Mr. Fred Dalton Stovall Jr., 82, of Pulaski died May 9, 2020.
Mr. Stovall was born July 14, 1937. He served in the United States Army and the Tennessee National Guard. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Pulaski, the Sons of the American Revolution, the Descendants of Washington’s Army at Valley Forge, the General Society of the War of 1812, the Military Order of the Stars and Bars and the Sons of Confederate Veterans. He taught School, mostly math, about 38 years at schools including Elkton, Bodenham, Gordon Lee High in Chickamauga, Ga., Ethridge and Ingram Sowell in Lawrenceburg. He is preceded in death by parents, Fred Dalton Stovall Sr. and Louise Lee Abernathy Stovall; and sister Elizabeth Stovall McCoy.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday) at Maplewood Cemetery. Social Distancing guidelines are strongly encouraged for those in attendance.

Survivors include daughter Kathy Stovall Harvey and husband Tony of Rogersville, Ala.; grandson Will Oglesby and granddaughter Katie Oglesby.
